We hope you arrived safely and had no problem finding the home! While you stay here in our
desert home, our goal is to make you feel at home, comfortable, and help make your visit
to Yucca Valley more enjoyable. In this book you will find information about check in and out procedures, a few house rules, our local recommendations, and more.

Check inbox for entry code. We cannot offer early check-ins or late departures as it allows our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

WORK?
How to adjust SPA Temperature
The temperature should be comfortable upon arrival. However there is an electronic control panel that is used to maintain or adjust the water's temperature if needed. The majority of hot tub users prefer a water temperature in the range of 100°F-102°F. 104°F is the standard maximum temperature, which some users also prefer.
Heated SPA Knowledge

Since the pool is so big, temperature changes about 2-5°F in a hour, while the SPA water heats up by 5-10°F in an hour.

It is very important that we put the cover back on the SPA when not using. The cover helps to reserve temperature of water to save energy and conserve water. It also helps to prevent debris and objects that could clog our filters from falling into the spa.

Our heating spa is professionally cleaned and maintenance by a licensed professional 1-2 times a week.

Please check-out on time.
Our cleaning company is strict on the check out time. They will arrive at check out and offer a 5 minutes courtesy and after that charge us a $30 fee for every 30 minutes their staff has to wait. Please check out on time or we will have to charge you for the additional cleaning fee.
Please make sure you follow the Check-out steps below:
Step 01
Start a load of dirty dishes in dishwasher.
Step 02
Lock doors and windows and turn off lights and AC.
Step 03
Double check you've picked up all your belongings. We can ship left items but it will be $25 for labor + shipping cost.

Palm Springs, a city in the Sonoran Desert of southern California, is known for its hot springs, stylish hotels, golf courses and spas. It's also noted for its many fine examples of midcentury-modern architecture. Its core shopping district along Palm Canyon Drive features vintage boutiques, interior design shops and restaurants. The surrounding Coachella Valley offers hiking, biking and horseback riding trails.

Nice little old movie set town. Some small stores to sell souvenirs and clothing, the usual. Stopped at the Red Dog Saloon for a little refreshment and food. Brisket tacos were great.
Such a beautiful park, I recommend to go 1-2 hour before sunset time to catch a beautiful California sunset in the park.
Joshua Tree National Park is a vast protected area in southern California. It's characterized by rugged rock formations and stark desert landscapes.
